Start with the message shown in AgentDock.
“Could not verify your sign-in” or the app's service is not answering
Close and reopen AgentDock, then select Try again if it appears. If the message remains, contact your administrator with the exact wording. A service problem is not fixed by changing your password.
CRM did not accept the sign-in
Use your CRM staff email and password, not your Mint password. Check Caps Lock; the eye icon lets you check what you typed. Try resetting your CRM password if needed.
No email, expired link or rejected code
Check spam or junk. Use the newest email code or link. For authenticator codes, use the current code and check that your phone's clock is set automatically. If the app reports too many attempts, wait for the period shown before trying again.
The staff roster needs refreshing
Your identity was verified, but AgentDock cannot match it to the local staff list. Ask your administrator to refresh the roster; do not sign in as another person.
Administrator access required
Your CRM role controls which screens you can open. Use My desk for your own work, or ask your administrator to review your access.
Remember me could not save securely
Uncheck Remember me and sign in again. If you are using Windows and the problem persists, let your administrator know.
When asking for help, include the message and the step that failed. Leave out passwords, verification codes and sign-in links.
